At Brevitē, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange window for all products in original condition. Simply use our automated portal to start your request and we will guide you through the rest.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
